SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Aadya Weaves provides shipping services across India through our reliable courier service. Other than free shipping orders, the customer will be responsible for bearing the courier charges. All orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the order. The shipping timelines will be communicated to the customer in advance.
To ensure the security of our products, we pack them in tamper-proof packaging. If you notice any tampering with the package, please do not accept the delivery from the carrier. By accepting the delivery, it will be assumed that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition.
Please note that all products ordered together will be shipped to a single shipping address. If you require products to be shipped to multiple addresses, kindly create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs are applicable for orders being shipped to locations outside India. International orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days from the date of the order. The shipping timelines will be communicated to the customer in advance.
Cash on delivery (COD) option is not available for International orders.
Similar to domestic shipping, all our products for international shipping are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you observe any tampering with the package, please do not accept the delivery from the carrier. By accepting the delivery, it will be assumed that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition.
Please be aware that any local taxes, duties, and customs fees must be borne by the customer.
